The support facility is a fee based service for your purchased products.

As a support subscriber, you will receive the following:

 

  • an e-mail alert every time your specific purchased product is updated,
  • access to download upgrades free of charge on your purchased product, and
  • also entitles you to a priority e-mail support service.

 

To access your support files, please enter your details in the form on the right hand side of this page. Please note that Bandwood’s support system has changed so make sure you read the instructions carefully before proceeding.

If you are an existing customer and have not purchased the support package (must be within 2 months of your purchase date), or have let your existing support expire for no longer than 2 months and now wish to purchase/renew then press the store button below:

Note: your support will be back-dated to either the purchase date or expiry date. If your purchase/renewal is outside the 2 month period and you wish to purchase, then please contact/email us for details.
