Bandwood’s support system has been revamped!

What has changed?


  • You will be given direct access to a support ticket system
  • You may use this system to track the progress of your support ticket and communicate directly with the developers
  • You will be able to upload images / screenshots to help with your support ticket

How do I access the Customer Support Portal?

  • Please login using the form on the right hand side of this page (if you have not already)
  • Once logged in, if you have an active support subscription you will automatically be redirected to the Customer Support Portal
  • If you have not purchased support or your support has expired, you will not be able to access this page or get support for your product. To purchase or renew a support subscription, visit the store.
  • Please keep track of the expiration date of your support subscription! Bandwood support does not auto-renew. Once your support expires you will automatically lose access to the Customer Support Portal.

What happens when there is an update available?
If and when an update to a piece of software you own is available, and you have a valid and active support account with Bandwood, you will receive an email notification from Bandwood. This email will contain information about the update, where to access it, and how to apply it.
