The support facility is a fee based service for your purchased products.

As a support subscriber, you will receive the following:


  • an e-mail alert every time your specific purchased product is updated,
  • access to download upgrades free of charge on your purchased product, and
  • also entitles you to a priority e-mail support service.

If you are an existing customer and have not purchased the support package (must be within 2 months of your purchase date), or have let your existing support expire for no longer than 2 months and now wish to purchase/renew then press the store button below:
