Support orders must be within 2 months of original order or renewal due date and will be back dated. Outside this, your order will be cancelled.
Your Support Purchase MUST match the Number of Users you originally purchased.
7.5% discount for orders for 5 or more licences,
12.5% discount for orders for 10 or more licences, and
35% discount for orders for 20 or more licences.
